I spent the first half of my Life searching for some kind of deeper meaning to the chaotic randomness that Life seemed to offer! I always felt as though Life was a game we were all playing although no one had the rules and we were kind of making it up as we went along!

Many years ago I came across a self help book called 'The game of Life and how to play it', written in 1925 by a very wise lady called Florence Scovel Shinn - Amazing book!! Now we had some Rules......

Around that time, 1995, I discovered eastern philosophy, meditation & yoga and Life finally began to make sense, I felt like I'd come home at last!!

It was a natural progression to train in Holistic Therapies. Discovering how we are all energy beings and the connection between the Mind, Body & Spirit made the Game much more interesting.

As my awareness developed and my intuition became stronger & more refined, I then went on to study Tarot and Astrology.

I have many years experience of working with Mental Health organisations including Touchstone, Dial House, Leeds Wellbeing Centre and LJWB and I feel so privileged to work with so many lovely, wonderful people.

I have also qualified in Soul Midwifery which is an amazing movement supporting those facing their end of life.

I believe we are all at different stages of the same journey and we are here now at this time to help, to inspire, to encourage and to support one another along our personal journeys.

We are living in exciting and often challenging times and I feel it is so important to look after our own health & wellbeing.
